The easiest way to make an appointment is by mail. Please describe in short the reasons you wish to have an appointment. Feel free to ask for any further information or clarifications.
You can arrange an appointment by phone as well on Mondays from 7pm to 9 pm and Wednesdays from 5pm to 7pm.
The best time to seek help either through consultation or therapy is before small problems become bigger. It is better to have a consultation when there is a growing discomfort in the family and communication becomes ever more difficult.
Seeking help is not an admission of failure. It is an exploration of new territory, a search for new ways of how to be more effectively interdependent in family and other systems and independent as an individual.
A good way to consider therapy is to view it as an experiment. Make a commitment for a few trial sessions. After a reasonable length of time evaluate with your therapist whether or not this approach is effective for you, your relationships, your family.
